Our next committee meeting takes place (on Zoom) this Wednesday (7pm 1 December). The agenda is below. As usual all members are welcome to attend whether they are on the committee or not. 1. Player Communication Action Point; SN, GM, AM to form sub-committee to investigate specific concerns and set up a formal grievance procedure - AM has circulated draft ideas to the sub-committee for discussion
2. Disciplinary 1s vs EDCC, Action Point; TT to update committee update
3. Carrick Knowe/Frank Ross (Lord Provost of Edinburgh)

   Action Point; AM to send official letter on behalf of the club to FR to begin process of communication
