Dear Members of Drummond Trinity CC,
I am delighted that so many of you are attending tonight's AGM and 2021 Awards Dinner at the Spice Lounge Kitchen. Please find at the bottom of this email two proposals for the 2022 season Membership and Match Fees which we will vote on under agenda point 8 (Planning for 2022). Please also see below for some important guidance on tonight's event.
- The AGM will begin at 7pm sharp, so please arrive in good time if you are attending that part of the evening. Food will be served when the meeting ends (we will aim for 8pm). If you are only planning to attend the Awards Dinner, or if family are joining you later on, aim to arrive about 8
- The meal is £20 for adults (£10 for children)- please bring Cash as it will be very complicated to process card payments
- Gurjeet has asked that members adopt a smart dress code as there will be photographer at the Awards dinner and we are aiming to make a good impression on our hosts.
- Please follow the Scottish Government Mandatory Covid guidelines as outlined below that you will all be familiar with. This means;
Providing your details to the venue for NHS Test and Trace purposes when asked
Wearing a mask when entering the restaurant and moving around the venue (unless you are under 12 or exempt)
Not attending if you are unwell or displaying any symptoms.

Membership Subscription & Match fees
Proposal 1.
Uday Kumar Kuchadi’s proposal for 2022 Membership Subscription & Match fees
Central Contracts
£150 (£75 for students and unsalaried). This includes all Friendly and Competitive Matches and Nets) and can be paid in a lump sum or 6 £25 monthly instalments.
Pay a you play (PAYP)
Membership fee:- £20 (£10 for Unsalaried & Students).
Match Fees-Mid week £4, Weekend £10 (if a PAYP player pays £150 in any season then we will consider them as being CC and not charge then anything above that amount for the remainder of the season)

DakshinaMurthy Siddalingaiah has proposal for 2022 Membership Subscription & Match fees
Central Contracts
£140 (£70 for students and unsalaried). This includes all Friendly and Completive Matches and Nets) and can be paid in a lump sum or 5 £26 monthly instalments
Pay a you play (PAYP)
Membership fee:- £30 (£15 for Unsalaried & Students).
Match Fees-Mid week £5, Weekend £10. (£3 and £5 for unsalaried and students). If a PAYP player pays £150 in any season then we will consider them as being CC and not charge then anything above that amount for the remainder of the season).
