Dear Members of Drummond Trinity CC,
The DTS 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held in a private room at the Spice Lounge Restaurant (details below) on Friday 22 October (7pm). The plan is for the meeting to take place from 7-8 and thereafter a three-course buffet including vegetarian and halal options will be available at a cost of £20 per head. I will send out the agenda and other paperwork next week-but at this stage I need you to do two things; firstly can you let us know by email or via the Whatsapp group;
a) if you plan to attend the AGM or not
b) if you plan to attend and stay for food
Secondly, if you have any motions to propose at the meeting (eg. regarding subs for 2022, how much we should charge for nets etc) or if you wish to stand for any of the committee positions (and have not already indicated your interest to me or the committee) can you please get these to me no later than Monday 18 October 5pm.
