Dear Members of Drummond Trinity Cricket Club,
The DTCC AGM will be on Friday 18 October starting at 7pm, at the Victoria Park House Hotel, Ferry Road. Could you please respond directly to me (tomturpie@hotmail.com) or via the club Whatsapp group if you plan to attend, or have apologies for absence.
I have attached the agenda for the meeting and the minutes of
last
year's (Feb 2019) AGM for your information. As you will see, Item 10 on the Agenda is a proposal for a new selection policy/structure. Information on this will be circulated to members early next week and in advance of the meeting so that you will know what you are voting on.
Some members will be meeting from c.6pm for a
pre-AGM drink and meal. If you are interested in eating before the
meeting could you please get in touch with Gurjeet in advance as he is
liaising with the VPH about food.
