Hi everybody
The Club Chair and Vice-Chair have been discussing selection with a number of committee members and others. This year is our first with 4 teams and we were aware of a number of issues which arose last season when we had 3 teams for the first time.
We think we need to agree a Selection Policy for the Club which makes clear to all members what is expected from players. We would like all members to read the attached document and endorse it at the AGM.
