Hi everyone
As some of you may be aware, Edinburgh Council is considering options for the 2018-19 budget, which involve major cutbacks in many areas. As a sports club, we may be affected by a specific proposal for the council to start charging Edinburgh Leisure for ground maintenance. This could cause charges for the pitches we use at Inverleith Park to rocket, or for the use of pitches to be restricted. The committee have responded to the consultation with the attached document, which outlines our concerns. There may be more information available at our AGM in February.
