Hi everybody
The AGM has been arranged for Thursday 23rd February at the Victoria Park House Hotel, starting at 7 pm. We hope to finish business by 8 when we can continue with a social evening. Food will then be available from the bar.
If you have any motions or other relevant matters you wish discussed or would like to become more involved in the club please let Steve, Kevin or myself know ASAP, preferably before Sunday 5th February.
Agenda and minutes from last year's AGM will be circulated online beforehand and copies will also be available at the meeting.
We look forward to seeing you on 23rd February - let us know if you can attend..
