As you will hopefully already know, the club's Annual Dinner & Awards evening will be held at 7.30pm next Friday evening, 28 October 2016, at the Victoria Park House Hotel - our club's main sponsor.
As in previous years, we've negotiated a good deal and the cost of this year's 3 course meal is just £20 per head!
For those of you who have already confirmed your attendance - either by reply to one of Dave's emails or via the awards survey organised by Basil - could you please reply to this email with your/your partner's menu choices from the options set out in the attached file. Please reply as soon as possible & by 12 noon on Tuesday 25 October.
If you have not yet confirmed your/your partner's attendance at the dinner but would now like to do so, simply notify us by reply email and include your/their menu choices. Please do this as soon as possible so we can update the VPH regarding anticipated numbers for our function.
