Please find attached to this email and Agenda for the meeting and the Minutes of our last AGM held in October 2019.
The Zoom code for the meeting will be sent out nearer the time. If you have not received this by Friday 19 February get in touch with me and I will sort it out.
We hope to keep this meeting fairly short (there is not much to discuss in terms the 2020 season!), but if you have any questions/topics to include that are not covered by the attached Agenda please get in touch with myself or another committee member in advance of the meeting.
